Commonwealth Games Observation Sheet

The Commonwealth Games Observation Sheet is a free resource that your cherubs can use while watching the Games! Students watch an event and record a series of details including the type of event and who placed first, second and third.

Sport Literacy Challenge

The Sport Literacy Challenge is a great way to assess your students’ literacy abilities during the Commonwealth Games. Your cherubs choose one of the sport-related images and write as much information as they can about it, recalling prior knowledge or writing from a narrative perspective. This resource will assist you to better understand the literacy capabilities of your students. You may collect the responses as evidence of how each student’s literacy capabilities have improved over the year.
