The Mini Design Challenge takes students through the design process to create a solution to the question What will transportation look like in 2050? Students are encouraged to use there creativity to design and prototype their solution. This resource is perfect for Stage 4 students and the online learning environment.
The activities contained within this resource can be used for Design and Technology students. Each activity is approximately 15 – 50 minuets in duration and are self paced. They have been formatted to allow for quick printing of individual lessons for emergency cover lessons when practical work cannot be completed due to teacher absence, unexpected unavailability of the workshop etc. They could also be used for revision work, extension activities or reinforcing prior learning.
Each worksheet has been formatted to allow for students to write their name and the date the lesson was given.
