Students delve into the food marketing world as they develop plans for potential new food products, working for big companies such as Pepsi & Doritos!

This task was created to challenge and engage students in studying stage 6 Food Technology.

It provides students with 40 immersive PowerPoint slides describing the four P’s (Product Planning, Price Structure, Place and Distribution System and Promotional Program) of food marketing plans. The slides are accompanied with current and relevant examples creating a memorable experience for the students.

Students have the opportunity to plan products and marketing strategies using a scaffolded worksheet which assists the students to develop a method of addressing the Four P’s instinctively.

This task can be shared with students digitally or can be easily printed out and given to students. It can be differentiated for individual students needs at the discretion of the teacher as there are word files and also a pdf version.
