This resource includes 6 A4 laminated colour posters, aimed at breaking down the 6 essential nutrients required by the human body. It also includes 24 mini fact cards. There are 4 facts that match each of the 6 Nutrient posters.

These posters can be accompanied by a fact checking activity for students, where students are given a fact card and must work as a class to match the fact to the appropriate nutrient. A teacher answers sheet is included in this pack.
