These Class Calm Cards are the perfect resource to have on hand for when your students are stressed or anxious.
Print, laminate and cut out the Class Calm Cards to have them on hand in the class at all times. Students can each take a card and complete the calming action on the back of the card. Students can then complete the corresponding worksheet which encourages them to consider other calming techniques they can use when stressed or anxious.
Also included in this resource pack is a lesson plan with teacher instructions which includes suggestions on how to use the cards in class.
