Life Skills students can explore the operations of food service and catering businesses with this engaging resource.
Students complete the questions in the 3-page worksheet which encourages them to consider the different ways they order and eat at different types of food service and catering businesses. They’re also encouraged to compare how food is prepared at these different eateries.
Also included in this resource is a lesson plan with teacher instructions to ensure ease of implementation in the classroom.
This resource has been designed for the Life Skills Food Service and Catering focus area of the NSW NESA Food Technology Years 7-10 Syllabus, however it can be used with students from a range of stages and learning levels.
