Provide students with one of the three recipe evaluation worksheets once they have cooked their dish. They can respond to four questions and use a hedonic face scale to evaluate their dish and their performance in the classroom kitchen. Simply rotate through the three worksheets as your students undertake practical lessons.
These recipe evaluations have been created for Life Skills students, however they can be used with students from a range of stages and learning levels.
