Help your students understand the significance of ANZAC Day with this memorable scavenger hunt resource.
In pairs or small groups, students take part in the scavenger hunt, looking for one of the 10 significant WWI battles around the school using the hints provided. Once students find their battle, they can then answer the seven questions on the included worksheet, which test students on their knowledge of the battle as well as their personal and social capabilities.
Teacher instructions are also included in this resource to make setting up the scavenger hunt simple. Suggestions for lesson differentiation have also been included to cater for both higher and lower ability students.
