Encourage your students to monitor their emotions with this fantastic Emotions Diary worksheet!
Students are prompted to record the emotions they feel each day in the worksheet. They are encouraged to write down the trigger for that emotion, their thoughts, feelings and behaviours related to that emotion and the consequences of their actions. Students then use the colouring in activity to record their most prominent emotion for the day, using their own colour key.
The worksheet can be given to students on a weekly basis to encourage them to consistently monitor their emotions.
This resource has been designed to be used with students across a range of learning levels and stages, both primary and secondary.
