Food Selection and Health provides students with an introduction to nutrition and how food impacts our health and wellbeing. This assessment task focuses on vegetables. Students are tasked with creating an advertising campaign to increase the intake of vegetables into our diet. The practical component of the task asks students to hero a particular vegetable in their dish.
