Life Skills students can explore the relationships between social interaction and food services with this bright and engaging resource.
Students complete the questions in the worksheet which encourage them to recall times when they’ve eaten with their friends, family members or new class mates. They’re also encouraged to consider times when their food choices have been influenced by social media or special occasions.
Also included in this resource is a lesson plan with teacher instructions to make implementing this resource in the classroom as simple as possible!
This resource has been designed for the Life Skills Food Service and Catering focus area of the NSW NESA Food Technology Years 7-10 Syllabus, however it can be used with students from a range of stages and learning levels.
