Encourage your students to take charge of their own wellbeing with this Wellbeing Diary resource!
Students are prompted to record any actions that they have taken throughout the week to maintain their wellbeing in the worksheet. They are encouraged to write down a wellbeing activity morning, afternoon and night for the seven days of the week. This worksheet can be given to students on a weekly basis to encourage them to consistently undertake mindfulness activities.
This resource has been designed to be used with students across a range of learning levels and stages, both primary and secondary.
