HSC Hospitality – building industry terminology and workplace examples

Description

We know that to achieve a Band 6 result in the HSC Examination you must be able to:

– provide accurate and appropriate industry terminology

– support your responses with relevant workplace examples

This resource has been developed to build student capacity in these two areas of opportunity, these tasks aim to encourage students to utilise their creative and critical thinking skills. A variety of case studies have been provided in this resource and are linked to the mandatory units of competency. A number of potential HSC Extended response questions have also been included in this resource. An answer booklet has been provided for additional support and guidance in preparing students for the HSC Examinations.
