Created to directly meet an outcome for Stage 6 Food Technology syllabus or to up skill your students’ knowledge on food products introduced throughout Australian history.
The Snapshot of Food Through Time activity involves placing timeline posters on the wall. Students then place each snapshot card under the suspected time period of when that product was introduced to the Australian market, therefore creating a timeline of food. Each snapshot card displays different food products introduced over these time periods.
